Baystar by Vida

Baystar by Vida is a project by Emaar located in the Mina Rashid community, right on the Marina Promenade waterfront.

The development consists of two towers with a basement level, ground floor, one podium level, and 20 and 16 residential floors. The collection features 1- to 4-bedroom apartments designed in Vida’s signature style and inspired by a coastal lifestyle.

The buildings showcase a contemporary architectural style with floor-to-ceiling glazing and spacious balconies offering views of the marina and the city.
